Authenticity and provenance
How can I be sure it is authentic?
We buy exclusively in boutiques in the maisons' official network. You receive the original receipt, timestamped photographs taken in store, the authenticity card and the complete packaging.
Do you work with resellers?
No. No resale platforms, no second hand, no parallel stock. If a piece is only available through those channels, we tell you and we do not source it.
Can I see the piece before purchase?

What is in the provenance file?
The original receipt, the photographs taken in store, the maison's authenticity card and the complete packaging. The file is handed over with the piece and belongs to you.
Timing and delivery
How long does it take?
It depends on the piece and its availability in boutique. Write to us on WhatsApp and we will give you a precise timeline for your request.
Where do you deliver?
In person in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech and Tangier. Tracked, insured delivery to other Moroccan cities. Outside Morocco, case by case.
Who handles customs?
We handle all the formalities.
Can I follow the shipment?
Yes. We stay in touch with you on WhatsApp until the piece is handed over.
The service
What can you source?
Leather goods, ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, perfumes and fine jewellery, sourced from Europe, the USA and anywhere in the world. If you are after something specific, ask — the answer is usually yes.
What do you refuse?
Anything that requires an unofficial channel, and any piece whose provenance we cannot document.
What if the piece cannot be found?
We tell you plainly, and if you wish, propose the alternatives available from the same maison.
Can I return a piece?
A piece sourced on request is not taken back, except where we got the model, size or colour wrong. Write to us on WhatsApp if there is ever an issue.
Do my messages stay confidential?
Yes. Your requests and addresses never leave our correspondence. Nothing is published without your written consent.
