Through the request form: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email address if you give one, your delivery city, the description of what you are looking for and, where given, how you found us. None of these fields is inferred or enriched by a third party.

This data is used solely to answer your request, issue a quote and follow the order through. It is not used for third-party marketing, and it is not resold.

Requests are recorded in a Google Workspace spreadsheet and a notification is sent by email. Google acts as a technical processor. No request data is retained on this site.

Three years from the last exchange, then deletion. Accounting records tied to an actual order are kept for as long as applicable legal obligations require.

The site may use the Meta pixel and Google Tag Manager to measure advertising performance. These tools load only after your explicit acceptance, and not at all if you decline. Neither receives the content of your request.

The banner offers two buttons of equal weight: accept or decline. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and you can change it at any time by clearing the site's data.

You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, under Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Write to us through the form or on WhatsApp: requests are handled within thirty days.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the request spreadsheet is restricted to the people who handle orders.
