How it works
The full process, from your first message to the piece in your hands. Nothing is committed until you have approved the price.

Your request
You write on WhatsApp or through the form. Describe the piece as precisely as you can: the maison, the model, the reference if you have it, the size, the colour, your budget and the date you need it by. A screenshot from Instagram or the maison's site is often enough.
The more precise the request, the faster the answer. If you are torn between two models, say so — we check availability for both.

Verification and quote
We contact boutiques in the official network in France, Belgium and Italy. Within 24 hours you get real availability and an all-in price: boutique price, service commission, transport and any fees.
The boutique price is the maison's own, with nothing added. Our commission is stated separately, before any commitment. If the piece cannot be found, we say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.

Deposit
If the quote suits you, a deposit commits the sourcing. The balance is settled on delivery, once the piece is in your hands.
We never ask for the full amount up front. Bank transfer, or cash on handover in Casablanca — whichever suits you.

Purchase and authentication
We buy the piece in an official boutique. Before paying, you receive photographs taken in store: the piece, the label, the serial number where one exists. You approve, we buy.
The original receipt, the authenticity card and the maison's complete packaging travel with the piece. That is your provenance file, and it belongs to you.

Transport
The piece travels protected, in its original packaging. Depending on the calendar it is carried back by hand on a trip, or sent tracked and insured.
You get the tracking on the day it leaves. Count seven to fifteen days in total for a piece available in boutique.
- 06
Handover
Handed to you in person in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech or Tangier, at a time and place that suit you. You check the piece and the file before settling the balance.
For other Moroccan cities, tracked delivery to your address. Outside Morocco, case by case.
What we commit to
Bought in official boutiques, never resale or unverified second hand.
Boutique price with no hidden margin; our commission is stated before the deposit.
Never the full amount up front.
The complete provenance file handed over with the piece.
If the piece proves impossible to find, the deposit is returned in full.
